My name is Jill and I have recently completed a Certificate IV in Relaxation Massage through the Evolve College in Norwood, South Australia. I am a registered therapist with The Australian Traditional-Medicine Society (ATMS) and I
am pleased to be joining the growing number of professional LifeWell care practitioners, to compliment the services that they already provide.
Relaxation massage calms and soothes the body by using rhythmic, long, flowing strokes and a gentle touch to help calm your body and mind, allowing you to stop and unwind, performed at the client's chosen pressure.
Relaxation massage quietens the nervous system and encourages the release of feel-good endorphins; it improves blood circulation, lowers blood pressure, relaxes muscle tension, reduces pain, helps you get a better night’s sleep, all
while promoting general overall well-being.
Touch therapy is an important part of healing the whole person and it is a privilege to provide this service at LifeWell.
I am a passionate mum, wife and LifeWell ambassador. I have been married for over 20 years to my best friend and have three grown children whom I adore.
